We respect your privacy and are committed to handling your data transparently and lawfully under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
Information we collect
Account information. When you register, we collect your name, email, phone number, business name, and GST number where applicable.
Transaction data. We log RFQs, quotes, orders, payments (via Razorpay), shipments, returns, and payouts so the platform can function.
Technical data. IP address, browser, device, and pages viewed — used for security and performance, not advertising.
How we use it
- To provide the marketplace, including matching buyers with vendors.
- To process orders, payments, shipments, and payouts.
- To send transactional notifications (in-app + email).
- For fraud detection, security, and dispute resolution.
- To improve product features based on aggregated usage patterns.
Sharing
We share order details with the relevant vendor and shipping partner. We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with regulators when legally required.
Your rights
You can access, correct, and delete your data from your account settings, or by writing to privacy@sourceprime.in. We retain transaction records for 8 years to comply with Indian tax and accounting law.
Cookies
We use first-party cookies for authentication and session management. We don't use third-party advertising cookies.
