Return & Refund Policy

Eligibility

You can request a return on any delivered or completed order. Open the order page and tap Request return. Most categories allow returns within 7 days; some perishable or custom-made goods are non-returnable and will be marked clearly on the listing.

Process

  1. Buyer submits request — we notify the vendor.
  2. Vendor approves or rejects within 48 hours. If approved, we share return shipping instructions.
  3. Vendor marks received after inspecting the goods.
  4. Refund issued to your original payment method (Razorpay), typically within 5-7 business days.

Refund amount

Refunds cover the item price plus GST. Shipping is non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault of the vendor (wrong item, damaged on arrival, or quality not as described).

Disputes

If you and the vendor cannot agree, our support team mediates. Open a ticket from your dashboard and we'll respond within one business day.

Stock restoration

Refunded items are automatically returned to the vendor's inventory so other buyers can purchase them.
