By using SourcePrime you agree to these terms. The platform is provided by SourcePrime Technologies Pvt. Ltd. ("SourcePrime").
1. Account eligibility
You must be at least 18 and authorized to do business in India. Vendors must have a valid GSTIN where required.
2. Marketplace role
SourcePrime is an intermediary connecting buyers with independent vendors. We are not the manufacturer or the seller of the goods listed. Each contract is between the buyer and the vendor.
3. Listings and quotes
Vendors are responsible for the accuracy of their listings and quotes. Pricing in quotes is binding for the validity period stated.
4. Orders and payments
Payments are processed by Razorpay. SourcePrime collects an 8% platform fee plus 18% GST on the fee. Vendors are paid net of fees on the configured payout cycle.
5. Shipping and returns
Vendors arrange shipping via the carriers listed. Buyers may request returns within the policy on each order. SourcePrime moderates disputes.
6. Prohibited use
- Listing counterfeit, hazardous, or illegal goods.
- Using the platform to defraud buyers or sellers.
- Scraping, reverse engineering, or abusing the API.
7. Termination
We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or applicable law. Pending payouts are settled before account closure.
8. Limitation of liability
SourcePrime's total liability is limited to the platform fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts at Bengaluru.
